By booking a journey with Bristol Taxi Airport, you agree to these terms and conditions. Bristol Taxi Airport is a licensed private hire operator operating in and around Bristol, UK. All bookings are subject to availability.
All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system or by phone. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
All prices are fixed at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable. Prices are calculated based on distance and any applicable zone surcharges. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you pay — we do not apply surge pricing.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the journey cost. No-shows will be charged in full.
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. In the event of a flight delay, your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly at no additional cost. We allow up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time of your flight.
For airport pickups, 60 minutes of free waiting time is included from the actual landing time. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may be charged at the driver's discretion.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the capacity of the vehicle booked. Excess luggage that cannot be safely transported may result in the journey being refused without refund. Please select the appropriate vehicle size when booking.
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards our drivers. Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the passenger. The driver reserves the right to terminate a journey if a passenger's behaviour poses a risk to safety.
Bristol Taxi Airport accepts no liability for delays caused by traffic, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any missed flights, connections, or appointments. We recommend allowing adequate time for your journey.
Bristol Taxi Airport accepts no responsibility for items left in vehicles. If you believe you have left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bristoltaxiairport.com and we will do our best to assist.
